PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
Welcome to Muna British Academy.
As Abu Dhabi’s longest-standing Outstanding school, Muna has built an exceptional reputation for academic excellence. However, what truly makes our school special isn’t an inspection judgement, it’s our community.
From the moment children join Muna, they become part of a caring, inclusive community where school quickly feels like a second home. I believe children achieve their very best when they feel happy, valued and inspired, and together we create an environment where learning is exciting, friendships flourish and every child is known as an individual.
Our partnership with parents sits at the heart of everything we do. I want families to feel genuinely connected to school life, whether that’s through celebrations, workshops, performances or simply sharing in their child’s learning journey. Together, we build a community where children thrive.
At Muna, we are committed to ensuring every child makes outstanding progress whilst enjoying every step of their educational journey. As our Secondary School continues to grow, I look forward to building the same proud legacy for our older students through an ambitious curriculum focused on innovation, future-ready skills and exceptional experiences both inside and beyond the classroom. From leadership opportunities and competitive sport to performing arts, international educational visits and real-world learning, we want every student to leave Muna confident, compassionate and ready to shape the future.
I am incredibly proud to be joining the Muna family and look forward to welcoming you personally.

AT A GLANCE
(Opening in August)
The English National Curriculum
The English National Curriculum is among the most in-demand study options in the world, respected for its high academic standards and focus on developing confidence and individual thinking. The learning pathway is delivered through enquiry or ‘project-based learning’, a method of teaching which inspires a love of learning and deepens a student’s knowledge by challenging them to complete real-world tasks. In this way, the English National Curriculum is considered to be one of the most engaging of all.
